Product Policy

All furniture sold by Black Mouse Furniture is pre-owned, restored, or upcycled. Each piece is individual and may show signs of its previous life.
 

We believe these details are part of the charm and story of the furniture.
 

Condition of Items

  • All items are pre-owned and may show minor marks, wear, or imperfections

  • Some pieces may have age-related defects or non-working parts, such as original locks, keys, or mechanisms

  • We do our best to describe and photograph each piece accurately, but some signs of wear may not always be visible online
     

If you would like further details or additional photographs before purchasing, please get in touch — we’re always happy to help.

Restoration & Functionality

  • Furniture is restored with care, aiming to preserve character and original design

  • Restoration does not mean “as new” unless clearly stated

  • Any known major faults will be highlighted where possible
     

Sales & Returns

  • All sales are final

  • We do not currently accept refunds, returns, or exchanges

  • This policy is in place due to the unique, one-off nature of each piece
     

Returns are only accepted for 14 days. You will need to get in touch ASAP if you're not happy with your purchase. 

We would like to 'to avoid' this happening as much as possible. So please don't hesitate to get in touch for more information if required prior to purchase. Return Carriage will need to be paid by the customer on all returns.
